Ayurveda Consultations & Treatments

Ancient Indian medicine for deep balance, detoxification and emotional reset.

A complete therapeutic system that purifies the body, regulates the nervous system and reconnects you with your natural rhythm — physically, mentally and emotionally.

Overview

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing sciences, still used today in India because of its effectiveness in treating physical imbalance, emotional overload and long-term stress.

My approach combines traditional Ayurvedic practice — refined through continuous training in India and Ayurvedic hospitals — with somatic therapy and emotional regulation techniques.

Rather than applying general protocols, each session is fully personalized to your constitution (dosha), your current condition and your emotional state.

Ayurveda works on digestion, detoxification, immunity, energy, sleep, hormones and the nervous system.

It is ideal for moments of imbalance, transition or when you feel disconnected from yourself.

This method also includes Panchakarma-inspired purification, a gentle and natural detox process that helps eliminate toxins, reduce heaviness, clear the mind and release stored emotional tension.

Many people choose Ayurveda when they want to start a new cycle, reset their year, or realign body and mind after stress or difficult experiences.

When Ayurveda is right for you?

Ayurveda can support you if you are experiencing:

  • Stress, anxiety or emotional overload

  • Chronic fatigue, low energy or burnout

Ayurveda Therapies

The various manual therapies are tailored specifically to each individual, considering the current state of the doshas, Āma, Balā, Agni, and external factors such as season, age, and time of day. These treatments are an integral part of Ayurvedic care and deliver more effective results when preceded by a thorough consultation and assessment.

By addressing specific imbalances in tissues, metabolism, psycho-spiritual health, and physiological functions, we can create a personalized treatment plan aimed at clearing harmful accumulations in the body. This process not only restores balance to the doshas but also enhances the body’s resilience and vitality.
