Ayurveda Consultations & Treatments
Ancient Indian medicine for deep balance, detoxification and emotional reset.
A complete therapeutic system that purifies the body, regulates the nervous system and reconnects you with your natural rhythm — physically, mentally and emotionally.
Overview
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing sciences, still used today in India because of its effectiveness in treating physical imbalance, emotional overload and long-term stress.
My approach combines traditional Ayurvedic practice — refined through continuous training in India and Ayurvedic hospitals — with somatic therapy and emotional regulation techniques.
Rather than applying general protocols, each session is fully personalized to your constitution (dosha), your current condition and your emotional state.
Ayurveda works on digestion, detoxification, immunity, energy, sleep, hormones and the nervous system.
It is ideal for moments of imbalance, transition or when you feel disconnected from yourself.
This method also includes Panchakarma-inspired purification, a gentle and natural detox process that helps eliminate toxins, reduce heaviness, clear the mind and release stored emotional tension.
Many people choose Ayurveda when they want to start a new cycle, reset their year, or realign body and mind after stress or difficult experiences.

A Transformative Experience
A therapeutic, body-based breathing method to release emotional tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your inner stability.
A safe, guided process that uses conscious breathing to access stored emotions, reduce stress and support deep self-regulation.
Overview
Somatic Breathwork is a therapeutic approach that uses specific breathing patterns to help the body process emotional stress, physical tension and unresolved experiences stored in the nervous system.

A therapeutic sound experience using Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and healing frequencies to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Chakra Aligment & Energy Balancing
The energy centers of the human body
The Body Mirror Method, developed by Martin Brofman, starts from a clear premise: what happens in our consciousness is reflected in the body.
The chakras —energy centers linked to emotions, perceptions, and specific organs— act as a map showing where blockages and imbalances originate.
When a chakra is blocked, it can manifest as a symptom: physical pain, anxiety, depression, communication problems, or lack of purpose. By working on the alignment and harmonization of the chakras, it is possible to release these blockages, identify limiting beliefs (often rooted in childhood), and allow vital energy to flow again.
Why does it work?
Each chakra is connected with an area of life (love, security, communication, self-expression, etc.) and with physical organs.
Body Mirror work promotes both emotional balance and improvement of physical symptoms: back pain, migraines, digestive issues, chronic muscular tension.
By releasing energy, greater mental and emotional clarity is generated, helping you live with more authenticity.
Which conditions can it support?
Physical pain of emotional origin (back, neck, head)
Stress, anxiety, depression
Emotional blockages and lack of self-esteem
Difficulty communicating or expressing feelings
Sense of disconnection or lack of purpose
How is a session like?
In a Body Mirror session, the practitioner explores the energy field and works on opening and harmonizing the chakras.
During the process, memories, emotions, or insights may surface that help understand the root of the symptoms.
At the end, the person usually experiences a sense of lightness, peace, and clarity, with visible changes both physically and emotionally.
✨ The Body Mirror Method is not an esoteric ritual: it is a rigorously developed technique that connects mind, emotions, and body. A practical tool to release what weighs you down, ease symptoms, and reconnect with your vital energy.

Holistic Ceremonies
Rituals that nurture your soul and open new paths of awareness
Some moments in life deserve to be honored in a different way.
Holistic ceremonies are designed for those who wish to celebrate important passages —a marriage, a baptism, a farewell, or the beginning of a new stage— with depth, authenticity, and presence.
These ceremonies are not empty rituals: they are carefully created experiences that combine nature, sound, breath, and symbolic gestures, offering a space where emotions can be integrated and meaning can unfold.
Whether it is welcoming new life, uniting two paths, or closing a cycle, holistic ceremonies provide a unique and personal way to connect with what truly matters.
Examples of holistic ceremonies in Ticino include:
Weddings & Vow Renewals
Baby Blessings & Baptisms
Coming of Age & Rites of Passage
House & Business Blessings
Seasonal rituals (e.g., solstices, equinoxes)
Farewell rituals & End-of-life ceremonies
Divorce or Separation rituals (closing with peace)
New beginnings & milestone celebrations
