Ayurvedic Therapies
Personalized Ayurvedic treatments to restore balance, detoxify the body and support emotional regulation.
Description
Ayurvedic therapies are one-to-one treatments inspired by traditional Indian healing methods.
Using warm herbal oils, marma point stimulation, lymphatic techniques and Panchakarma-inspired purification, each therapy is tailored to your constitution (dosha), emotional state and current needs.
These therapies help the body release toxins, regulate the nervous system, improve digestion and dissolve stored physical or emotional tension.
They are ideal for women needing grounding, detoxification or deep relaxation in a single session or short sequence of sessions.
